What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a naturally occurring compound found in the resinous flower of cannabis, a plant with a rich history as medicine going back thousands of years. Today the therapeutic properties of CBD are being tested and confirmed by scientists and doctors around the world.

The 2018 Farm Bill or Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 was passed by the Senate on December 11, 2018, and by the House on December 12. On December 20, 2018, it received the President’s signature and became law.

The Farm Bill is now a federal law that makes, zero, and CBD products with less than .3%, THC, CBD legal in the USA. According to that federal law, it is legal in all 50 states.

Will I Fail a Drug Test if I Consume CBD Products?

If you are consuming a CBD product with less than 0.3% THC content, you do risk the chance of failing a drug test. If you are consuming a product with zero THC content, you have the least risk of failing a drug test.
